Apparel Size Charts:

Sizing specifications for all apparel items are now displayed as a thumbnail under each product. To view the size chart, click on the thumbnail image. You can also hover over the thumbnail and then the image of the chart to enlarge it even greater.  Should you have any questions or require additional sizing information, please email customer service on the “Contact Us” tab.  

 

Custom Orders:

We make every attempt to carry a wide variety of products and try to update the site with new products periodically. However, we understand that you may require that another logo be printed on products or need specific merchandise that is not offered on this site. Please contact Advantage Promotions to help you with those needs or browse our website at www.AdvantagePromotionsNJ.com. Our contact information is listed under the "Contact Us" tab. Please keep in mind that not all items can be properly branded with the BAE Systems logo or will meet BAE Systems company standards. Please contact Advantage Promotions or your Brand Champion before selecting custom items on our website that you intend to brand with the BAE Systems logo.

 

Freight/Shipping Policy:

Advantage Promotions ships all orders via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. APO shipments are made through the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. The web site may not calculate the freight for APO shipments and the charges will be calculated at the time of shipping. It will be added on to the order at that time.

 

Advantage Promotions reserves the right to ship via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS using the same shipping timeframe as the one selected. For example, if you choose ground shipping, we can ship via UPS or Fed Ex Ground. This applies to all shipping methods. The method of shipping selected (ground, 3-day, 2-day, etc.) only refers to the in-transit time during shipping and does not include the normal 5-7 business days to process orders.

 

Arrangements for other shipping methods must be approved by Advantage Promotions prior to placing an order. Advantage Promotions adds a fee of $1.00 on to every order to cover the cost of shipping materials. Please note that UPS & Fed Ex apply a surcharge to residential deliveries. It is suggested that you make shipments to a commercial address to avoid this additional cost.

 

If we ship outside of the United States, we require that you provide a shipper number for the order. You will need to supply a UPS or Fed Ex account number for the freight and duties to ship the order. If you are on an U.S. military base, we can only ship to an APO address via U.S. Priority Mail.

 

Memory Pricing Policy:

Due to the volatility of memory pricing, advertised pricing for memory technology products is for inventory available in our warehouse at the time of the order. All large orders are subject to current market prices. Please call for pricing on large orders.

 

Return Policy:

The cost of freight for returning merchandise is the responsibility of the person making the return. All items or apparel must be returned to Advantage Promotions in the original manufacturer's packaging, with the original product tags attached, and in the same new condition as it was sent out in. We will not accept merchandise that doesn't adhere to those conditions, shows signs of having been used, shows signs of having been worn, or shows signs of being laundered. We will gladly exchange or refund the full cost of the items being returned in the same condition they were sent out in. We will not refund the freight cost of sending out the original order. Customers will pay for the return freight of all exchanges of merchandise or for the return of merchandise that will not be granted a refund/exchange. This policy is limited to orders placed on the Company Store and to in stock quantities only. It doesn't apply to custom or bulk orders.

 

Rush Orders with a Requested Delivery Date:

Regular orders are processed in 5-7 business days as inventory allows. Orders that are required to be shipped in less than 5-7 business days are considered rush orders. Rush orders must be approved by Advantage Promotions prior to placing an order. If an item is out of stock and there is no requested delivery date listed on the order, we will ship the entire order complete when the item that was out of stock arrives. We will not ship partial orders unless prior arrangements for the shipping costs are made in advance through Advantage Promotions.

 

Substitution Policy:

From time to time merchandise becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Advantage Promotions reserves the right to substitute similar products of the same or greater value when situations arise.
